EU 2X Q-PCR Master Mix is a is a ready-to-use reagent with all the essential components for quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR) except primers and templates. It contains EUTaq polymerase in an optimized buffer with dsDNA specific SYBR green fluorescent dye. This master mix allows sensitive, precise amplification, real-time tracking of the amplification process, and simultaneous quantification for targeted DNA molecules.

Shipping and Storage
– EU 2X Q-PCR Master Mix is stable at room temperature for 7 days. Therefore, it is safe to ship it at room temperature. The product should be stored immediately upon receipt at –20°C. Aliquot to avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles. Protect from light.
– For a day-to-day use, we recommend keeping an aliquot at 4°C. The reagents can be stored at 4 °C for up to 1 month.
